Return Policy
Aunt Minnies Yellow House values your business and appreciates you as a loyal customer. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused and unopened condition within 10 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or refund of the purchase price. Exchanges and refunds will not include the shipping and handling costs.

Please include the packing slip with RETURN or EXCHANGE written on it. If you would like to exchange the item, please let us know what you would like to exchange the merchandise for.

Damaged Items & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. We encourage you to track your package and for your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise.
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.
Please contact us within 30 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
